Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Lashé. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please read our return and refund policy below to understand how to proceed.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Condition of Items: The item(s) must be unopened and unused in original packaging. We do not accept returns of opened or used products, except in the case of defective items.

2. Defective or Damaged Items

If you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will be happy to assess the situation and issue a replacement or refund, depending on the nature of the issue.

To process your claim, we will need:

  • Proof of Defect: Clear photos of the defective or damaged item(s) showing the issue.
  • Proof of Purchase: A copy of your order confirmation or receipt.

Once we receive the necessary information, we will assess the issue and determine whether a refund or replacement is appropriate.

3. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Package the Item: Carefully repackage the item in its original, unopened packaging. Include the original receipt and any accompanying documents.
  4. Ship the Item: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or damage. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
  5. Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item(s), please allow 5-7 business days for processing. You will be notified once the refund or replacement has been processed.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider or bank.
  • Partial Refunds: In certain cases, partial refunds may be granted (e.g., if the item is not returned in its original condition, or parts of the item are missing).

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Non-Defective Items: Return shipping costs for non-defective items are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Defective Items: If the return is due to a defective or damaged item, we will cover the return shipping cost. We may provide a prepaid shipping label or reimburse you for the cost of return shipping after the item has been received.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
